Timescales
and order turnaround times
When ordering wedding stationery of any sort, we would expect
that clients have allowed plenty of time for the design process,
printing and postage times. We strongly advise you consider and
factor in our 28 day*
order turnaround target when deciding on key dates in your wedding
plan.
All
prices on this site are in GBP and are correct
at the time of publishing.
Postage and delivery
Prices are subject to change, reflecting fluctuations in postage
and cost of materials.
Where stated, prices will include postage and packaging costs
to addresses within the UK. Postage to addresses
outside the UK the additional cost will be calculated
and added.
We aim to complete and dispatch orders within 28 days*,
but will dispatch them as soon as they are ready.
We cannot be held responsible for delays from
other companies we use or for postage delays and strikes etc.
but will do everything we can to keep you fully informed of estimated
delivery dates etc.
Colours, designs, compositions and font sizes
The colours featured on this site are for guide only and may
differ depending on your PC and monitor’s display.
Designs, compositions and font sizes featured on this site are
subject to alteration due to factors such as
the length of client names, dates and details. We will always
ensure that the design and composition accommodates your details
as aesthetically as possible, treating each invitation as unique.
Email proofs of stationery will be sent to you to check details
and sign-off ready for printing.

Invitations will assume that images provided by the clients are
their own, or that they have contacted
the owner to request permission
to reproduce them. Copyright laws regarding images
are clear and strict so we advise clients to source their images
carefully and respectfully.
Typing errors and details on stationery etc.
We will obviously make every effort to include the correct details
and information on all orders by proof reading it.
We will email proofs of your order for you to check over and sign-off
to confirm that you are happy with the design,
wording and details and give permission for us to send it to print.
Any errors regarding typo’s, dates, details
etc. that are subsequently identified after you
have signed-off the order and it has been printed,
cannot be changed and Italian Invitations would
not be held accountable for them.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, refunds cannot
be given for orders containing errors of the nature stated above.
If you are dissatisfied with any other aspect of the order you
receive, please contact us to discuss the matter
and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as efficiently as
possible. Cases such as these would be considered and dealt with
on an individual basis.
To sum up, we do our best to create unique and exciting products
for our clients and will always do
everything we can to maintain quality and satisfaction.
*Every
effort will be made to dispatch your order within 28 days. (Orders
usually take around 21 days.)
